The proposed BMRE (Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Expansion) project envisions a state-of-the-art flour milling facility specializing in the production of Atta, Maida, Vushi, Suji, and Dust. Equipped with advanced processing technology, this unit is designed to achieve international quality standards in every batch produced.
Upon completion of the expansion, the mill will have a daily production capacity of 500 metric tons, strengthening the Group’s ability to meet the growing national demand for high-quality flour products.
- M/S Samrat Major Flour Mill, Unit–1 & 2
M/S Samrat Major Flour Mill, Unit–1 & 2, located at Asian Highway, Rampur, Feni, is a proprietorship enterprise owned by Haji Obaidul Haque, son of Md. Ismail Hossain Bhuiya.
The project’s BMRE initiative focuses on upgrading the existing production lines for Atta, Maida, Vushi, Suji, and Dust, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and top-tier product quality. Once fully expanded, this unit will also achieve a daily production capacity of 500 metric tons, reinforcing our leadership in the flour milling industry.
- M/S Samrat Auto Dal Mill, Unit–1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
M/S Samrat Auto Dal Mill comprising Units 1 through 5 is a proprietorship enterprise owned by Mr. Taj Uddin Samrat, son of Haji Obaidul Haque.
This project represents a major initiative in pulse processing, focusing on the production of motor dal, Vushi, and Dust. Through its BMRE expansion, the unit aims to enhance both capacity and efficiency, targeting a daily output of 500 metric tons.

Founded and operated by Haji Obaidul Haque, son of Md. Ismail Hossain Bhuiya, M/S Janata Rice Agency is one of the earliest enterprises within the Samrat Group.
- M/S Samrat Transport Corporation
M/S Samrat Transport Corporation is another proprietorship venture under Haji Obaidul Haque, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management for the Group’s entire network of industries.
The company operates a dedicated transport fleet that supports nationwide distribution of flour, rice, and dal products maintaining consistency, timely delivery, and peak freshness across all 64 districts.

Owned by Mr. Taj Uddin Samrat, son of Haji Obaidul Haque, M/S Samrat Trading Corporation functions as the Group’s commercial arm, managing both domestic trade and selected international markets.
